LPCC, 3 years of experience
Are you struggling with anxiety, trauma, or feeling stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break? Maybe you're living with chronic worry, trying to keep it all together, or using substances to numb the pain. You don’t have to carry it alone. I'm a trauma therapist who offers a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where your story can unfold at your own pace. Healing begins when we feel truly seen and heard—and I’m here to help you reconnect with a sense of calm, clarity, and self-trust.
The first session is about connection and comfort. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your hopes for our work together, and begin to explore your story—at whatever pace feels right to you. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background, but there’s no pressure to dive into anything you’re not ready for. You can expect warmth, curiosity, and collaboration from the very start.
I’m deeply grounded in empathy and presence. Clients often say they feel truly seen and heard with me. I have a strong ability to help people explore their experiences with gentleness while staying focused on the root causes of what’s holding them back. I also integrate a wide range of therapeutic approaches, allowing me to tailor each session to what works best for you.
I work best with individuals who are ready to explore the deeper roots of their challenges—whether that’s trauma, anxiety, or substance use. Many of my clients are seeking to understand long-standing patterns, process painful experiences, and feel more grounded in their daily lives. My approach is person-centered, meaning our work is guided by your goals and what feels meaningful to you. I integrate a range of evidence-based methods to support you in understanding the deeper emotional roots of your struggles—not just managing the symptoms.
In this method, I work with you to uncover the roots of your challenges, explore the beliefs shaped by past experiences, and reframe unhelpful thoughts to foster healthier self-talk
This method is used primarily in substance use disorders, and helps with ambivalence with sobriety and meeting goals. This method can also help with gaining motivation in general, and I do use it in other mental health areas as well.
CPT is a type of trauma-focused therapy where we look at the beliefs and messages you’ve carried from your experiences. Together, we work on shifting the ones that feel heavy or unhelpful, so you can feel lighter and more in control. The nice thing is, you don’t have to go into all the details of your trauma for this to be helpful.
EMDR is a therapy that uses eye movements (or other kinds of gentle back-and-forth stimulation) to help your brain process trauma, release emotions and traumas from our bodies, so it doesn’t feel as overwhelming. It can ease things like anxiety, flashbacks, and triggers—and you don’t have to go into all the details of what happened for it to work.
I use this method to help client build their resources within themselves, of what is working well, what is helping, and focusing on your natural strengths.

I am comfortable talking to her. I am starting to hear feedback and confirmation just for me that I’m okay and that my feelings I have are normal but don’t define me.
