Hi. I have been active in the field of mental health for several years, having worked with teens, children and people struggling with addictions. I also specialize in working with ADHD and helping people with struggles they have while acknowledging the strengths inherent in being neurotypical. I am an active listener but have several tools at my disposal that are known to be effective in coping with these sorts of issues.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During the first session, we will discuss your history, the issues that bring you to therapy, how we might plan to work on those issues and open myself to questions you might have for me about my therapeutic process and background.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am personable, nonjudgmental, easy to talk to and use techniques that are evidence based ( specific research based techniques proven to work)

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I speciaiize in anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I will often give handouts and active homework for clients to consider between sessions. I work best with clients who feel they work best with someone who prefers active therapy, i.e. things to work on outside the therapy session,, I am also open to clients who want to vent about life circumstances , provided we can come up with concrete goals for therapy
