I am a psychotherapist who is warm and friendly, and work hard towards creating a therapeutic space in which clients feel free to be their authentic selves without judgment. I teach practical ways of dealing with anxiety, depression and stress that is currently so prevalent in our society. I really enjoy providing psychoeducation to clients to help them gain insight into their own functioning and following-up with ways to improve maladaptive patterns of behavior.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

We will discuss the areas in which you are struggling and where you feel need support and collaborate on a session schedule that meets your needs.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am very socially adept and have an ability to create a relaxed and safe atmosphere for my clients so they feel comfortable sharing with me the intimate details of their lives with confidence.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I help adults who feel overwhelmed by the demands of their careers, relationships, and family life. Through a psychodynamic and attachment-based approach, I help them understand how past experiences shape their current struggles and teach practical coping skills to manage anxiety and depression. Clients emerge calmer, more in control, with improved relationships, better sleep, and the ability to prioritize their well-being without guilt.

My treatment methods

Attachment-based

This theory helps to inform me of how you connect with others in interpersonal relationships based on earlier experiences with caregivers in your life.

Psychodynamic

Similar to attachment theory, I utilize Psychodynamic theory to help explore how early childhood experiences and emotional conflicts have influenced your psychological development.
