What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session together, we'll start with introductions and discuss some important things like informed consent and what brought you to therapy. First sessions are also a good opportunity for us to start getting to know each other and see if we would be a good fit to work together moving forward!
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
My approach is integrative and informed by Schema Therapy (ST), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Working with both the past and the present, I use evidence-based strategies which can empower you to overcome challenges and reach your full potential.

I specialize in helping people heal from interpersonal/relational trauma. I also have in-depth knowledge of LGBTQIA+ issues.
