My style is warm and genuine and my number one priority is creating a safe and supportive space where you feel truly seen, understood, and accepted. When we feel fully accepted as we are, we are empowered to grow!
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
My approach is integrative and informed by Schema Therapy (ST), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Working with both the past and the present, I use evidence-based strategies which can empower you to overcome challenges and reach your full potential.

I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, HAES/fat liberationist, poly-friendly, sex positive, and kink-aware. I am committed to social justice-oriented, intersectional, and anti-racist perspectives. Please ask about a sliding scale if you are self-pay and experiencing financial hardship.
