Your strength has led you here in this moment to take the next step in embracing a new path, a different future. I’m here to help guide you - through psychiatric evaluation/diagnosis, medication management, or therapy. You don't need to keep self-medicating with technology, social media, food, and alcohol to feel happy, dull your emotional pain or shame, or escape your feelings. Wake up feeling rested, worthy, and motivated. Reconnect with others and find joy in the simple things again. Experience peace in your life by making healthier choices and building healthier relationships with yourself and others.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session will be an in-depth psychiatric assessment covering both past and present symptoms, treatments, and future goals. We will work together to establish a comprehensive plan for your treatment to include medication management as indicated.

My treatment methods

Integrative

I use an integrative treatment approach that pulls from cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and solutions focused therapies coupled with medication management if appropriate. During treatment, we'll cultivate mindfulness in identifying any unhelpful or harmful patterns. With CBT, you'll learn methods of regaining control of your thoughts, behaviors, and feelings for a healthier you.
