I practice a cognitive therapeutic approach, which is a focus on how your thoughts and internalized language has an effect on your health. My experience has primarily been with depressed and anxious individuals. I have been very successful with these struggles, along with related problems with sleep, work, and appetite.

My therapeutic focus is the connection between thoughts, behaviors, and feelings. Utilizing tools such as autogenic training, sleep hygiene, and thought logs, will assist in managing these areas.
