As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and work toward meaningful growth. Since beginning my career in 2014, I have worked with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds and across a wide range of experiences and diagnoses. My professional background includes work in child welfare and a strong foundation in child development, which continues to inform my understanding of trauma, relationships, and healing. I earned my MSW in 2020 and specialize in trauma-focused therapy. I value meeting clients where they are, offering culturally responsive, flexible, and individualized care that honors each person’s unique story and goals.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when life already feels overwhelming. My goal is to create a space where there is no pressure to have all the answers, goals, or words right away. Therapy is a collaborative process—we’ll take it step by step, session by session, working together to make sense of the chaos and create meaningful change at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
