Hello! My name is Sarah, a lifelong resident of the Daytona Beach area in Florida. I have been nurse about 11 years, and this will be my 4th year as a nurse practitioner. I received my Master's degree at Nova Southeastern University. I sincerely enjoy helping people on their mental health journeys.

First session
The first session is primarily history gathering. We will discuss your psychiatric history as well as your potential diagnoses as well as come up with a treatment plan together :)
Strengths
I am a great listener. I do not force treatment on the client, and fully take into consideration what you are comfortable and not comfortable with. Holistic methods are often preferred to start with.
