My ideal clients are women who are tired of living in survival mode. They may be struggling with symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, or stress, or working through the unique transitions that come with menopause, parenting, marriage, divorce, or military life. No matter where you are in your journey, my role is to meet you exactly where you are. You don’t have to have it all figured out before coming to therapy. You don’t have to be “ready” in any particular way. You only need the willingness to take that first step, and I will walk alongside you.
