Hello, I am Robin Krupp, LCSW-R a licensed psychotherapist who specializes in Anxiety, Depression, Drug Addiction & Abuse, and Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, Personality Disorders, and Military Trauma. I received a Masters in Social Work from The University of Buffalo New York. I promote growth-oriented counseling with all ages of clients. Often early life experiences influence how we value our selves today. Talk therapy can promote individual insights and correlations that one may not have confronted in the past. When we acknowledge previously unseen dynamics into our discussion one can be receptive to a healthier choices and life enhancement.
I hold compassion for individuals who maybe experiencing any emotional distress/trauma. I will encourage one to always find strength from within because I believe we all have more strength than we give ourselves credit for. We may need to work on ourselves to be in the space we desire. Everyone deserves to be complete and not judged.
I aim to support the well-being of all clients. I enjoy working with all ages including children, adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and school/college related issues, LGBTQ and life transitions. I am culturally conscious and support a client-centered perspective being aware of their lifestyle practices. I strive to foster a safe and non-judgmental approach to build a therapeutic alliance.
I love what I do because I enjoy working with many demographics and diversity. I respect individual differences and life experiences. I am amazed by clients resiliency, that often they don't realize they have. Many clients are no less than survivors and want to continue their journey and not feel judged or stigmatized.
