About me

As a Christian counselor, I provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore what’s heavy on your heart and discover hope again. Together, we’ll identify the patterns that are holding you back and work toward practical steps for lasting change. Whether you’re navigating the impact of trauma, struggling with anxiety, or adjusting to life’s unexpected turns, I will come alongside you with compassion and guidance rooted in both professional expertise and faith.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Every client’s journey begins differently—some are ready to share right away, while others need time to build trust or may not have the words yet. Wherever you find yourself, I’ll meet you there and help make your first session feel comfortable and meaningful. When you’re ready to take the next step toward healing and growth, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I love the Lord and seek to glorify Him in my work. As a fully licensed counselor, I bring both professional training and real-life experience to support my clients. I’m committed to ongoing learning so I can better understand your needs and create a plan that helps you find healing and hope.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Life can feel overwhelming when trauma responses, anxiety, or major life transitions weigh you down. You may find yourself stuck in cycles of worry, fear, or uncertainty, wondering if things will ever get better. If you’re longing for peace, healing, and direction, you don’t have to walk through this alone.

My treatment methods

Christian Counseling

I hope to walk alongside clients in their faith journey—supporting growth, strengthening their relationship with God, and working toward therapeutic goals with Christ at the center.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

Through ACT, clients learn to acknowledge difficult thoughts and emotions without being controlled by them, while staying present and focused on what truly matters. This approach emphasizes identifying personal values and taking meaningful steps toward a life that reflects those values.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

When using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients recognize and reframe unhelpful thought patterns through both practical strategies and a faith-based lens. Together, we work on aligning thoughts with truth, strengthening emotional well-being, and building coping skills that honor God.

EMDR

EMDR helps clients process and heal from traumatic or distressing experiences. Through guided eye movements or bilateral stimulation, it reduces the emotional impact of these memories and supports healthier coping

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) alongside other approaches to help clients identify strengths, focus on what’s working, and take practical steps toward their goals. This method supports more efficient and effective progress in reaching your mental health and life objectives.
