This includes challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress management, family dynamics, addiction, and overall life management. My approach is compassionate, professional, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. Living in different countries, meeting people from diverse backgrounds, has added to my awareness to be mindfulness about the cultural aspects that can influence one's life. This approach will be utilized through, Cognitive-behavioral Model, a strengths-based approaches, and by mindfulness practices. I will consider all life's transitions, then explore what areas in your life need to improve, identify the necessary tools and coping skills that best work. This will help you to a more balanced life. I will also utilize a holistic and client-centered approach by focusing on empathy for my clients, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard.
