Binh Do
I work with kids , teens and adults whose brains feel like too many tabs open at once: overwhelmed, stuck, or internally chaotic. Many of my clients deal with ADHD, depression, grief, or big, fast-moving emotions. For kids, that can look like having behavior problems, shutdowns, or not having the words. For adults, it’s burnout, overthinking, disorganization, or the constant feeling of falling behind.
First session
During the first session, we’ll discuss current challenges, personal history, goals for therapy, and any questions or concerns clients may have about the process.
Strengths
I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy, ADHD-informed strategies, and expressive tools like sand tray and play-based work when words stop doing their job. I specialize in ADHD, grief, and depression: helping you map the patterns behind the chaos so it’s less “mysterious suffering” and more “understandable system we can work with.” My style is supportive, grounded, and mildly allergic to avoidance. You’ll feel seen, gently challenged, and occasionally called back to reality (with care, not judgment).
Ideal clients
My ideal clients are children, moms, and career women who feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or stuck in survival mode. I work with people dealing with anxiety, stress, grief, trauma, and big life transitions who are tired of just getting through the day and want real change. I help clients untangle their thoughts, calm the chaos, and build practical coping skills that actually fit real life. My focus is on emotional regulation, mindset shifts, and helping people feel more grounded and in control of themselves again, even when life is still messy.
