Hi! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Rosemont College and have been practicing for 7 years. As a therapist, I find it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they heal and grow. I believe the cornerstone of therapy is curiosity – I’m not the expert on you, but I’m willing to learn so that I can hopefully help. I believe in the power of connection, compassion, and resilience. I utilize a variety of evidence-based interventions, but my approach is always tailored to your individual needs.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Stepping into your first session with me is like entering a quiet haven, a space where your burdens are met with understanding and your story with undivided attention. In the initial sessions, I take the time to review your history, build rapport, and learn more about you. We will chat about what brought you here and what you hope to weave into your future. My office is your sanctuary, a place to shed the masks we wear for the world and simply be.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have been told that I am an authentic, genuine, and light hearted therapist that can also be with you in the hard stuff. One of my greatest strengths is my ability to approach our work together with warmth and curiosity. I am committed to providing a supportive, nonjudgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. As a therapist, I am well-versed in creating a supportive environment for talk therapy while also providing skills and structure during sessions. I strive to balance empathetic listening with practical tools, helping clients navigate their challenges and work toward meaningful change. My approach ensures that each session is both a safe space for expression and a structured path toward personal growth.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I work with young adults navigating the often tumultuous waters of early adulthood while confronting the challenges of anxiety, depression, or and other life stressors. They might struggle with intense emotions, fluctuating relationships, and a sense of uncertainty about their identities and futures. Some may grapple with low mood, overwhelming anxieties, or difficulty managing impulses. Others might experience fear of abandonment, unstable self-image, or intense swings in their emotional landscape. Clients who are ready to explore their inner world, build coping mechanisms, and discover healthier ways to navigate life's complexities often find they are a good fit for me. Many of my clients feel they are highly sensitive people; they notice they struggle with their emotions, and taking on the emotions of others. They may crave a supportive space to understand themselves, manage their symptoms, and ultimately find their voice and path in the world.

My treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

Being human is humbling and beautiful. There are no clear answers. We don’t get a roadmap for life; however I have found the skills of dialectical behavior therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy to offer us help and guidance. These approaches include tools for exploration of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, using mindfulness and building body awareness.
