Hi, I'm Tiffany! I believe that many of the struggles we experience today are connected to the stories, relationships, and experiences that have shaped us over time. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and direct—I’m here to support you, challenge you when needed, and help you make sense of what you're going through. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, your relationships, and the life you want to create.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation for our work together. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to gain from the process. I'll also ask questions about your background, relationships, and life experiences to better understand the bigger picture of who you are. My goal isn't to put you on the spot or expect you to share everything at once. Therapy moves at a pace that feels comfortable for you, and it's completely okay if you're not sure where to start. This first session is about creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported while we begin identifying patterns, goals, and areas of focus for our work together. By the end of our session, we'll have a clearer understanding of what you're looking for and how I can best support you. Most importantly, you'll leave with a sense of what it feels like to work together and whether I'm the right fit for your therapeutic journey.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My strengths as a therapist include creating a warm and supportive environment while helping clients gain deeper insight into the patterns that may be keeping them stuck. I balance empathy with honesty, offering both validation and gentle accountability to support meaningful growth. By combining insight-oriented exploration with practical tools, I help clients better understand themselves, navigate challenges, and create lasting change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is someone who feels stuck in patterns they can recognize but haven't been able to change on their own. They may be struggling with anxiety, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, people-pleasing, trauma, or feeling disconnected from themselves and others. Often, they are insightful and self-aware, yet find themselves repeating the same cycles despite knowing better. They are looking for more than just coping skills—they want to understand the deeper roots of their struggles and create lasting change. They value honesty and are open to being challenged with compassion, even when growth feels uncomfortable. While they may not have everything figured out, they are willing to show up, do the work, and take accountability for their healing. Many of my clients are high-functioning individuals who appear to have it together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or unfulfilled internally. They are often navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, family dynamics, cultural expectations, or the lasting effects of difficult past experiences. Together, we work to build insight, strengthen emotional resilience, and create a life that feels more authentic and aligned with who they truly are.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, and emotional distress. CBT provides practical tools for developing healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and responding to life's challenges. My goal is to help clients build skills they can use outside of sessions to create meaningful and lasting change.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques to help clients strengthen emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness. DBT can be especially helpful for individuals who feel overwhelmed by intense emotions or struggle with relationships and boundaries. I focus on helping clients balance acceptance of where they are with the motivation to move toward meaningful growth.

Psychodynamic

I specialize in psychodynamic therapy, an approach that helps uncover how past experiences, early relationships, and unconscious patterns influence present-day thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we explore recurring themes in your life to better understand the root causes of your struggles. By developing deeper self-awareness, clients can begin making more intentional choices and break free from patterns that no longer serve them.
