New to Grow
Hello, and welcome. I’m a compassionate therapist with over 20 years of experience dedicated to helping people move beyond pain and reconnect with hope. I strive to offer a grounded, nonjudgmental space where you can feel truly seen and supported as you heal, grow, and rediscover your strengths. I am deeply committed to walking alongside you on your journey toward greater resilience and well-being.
In our first session together, you can expect a warm, welcoming environment where your comfort and safety are my top priorities. We’ll spend time getting to know each other, discussing what brings you to therapy, and exploring your hopes and goals for our work. I’ll answer any questions you have and ensure we move at a pace that feels right for you. My hope is that you’ll leave feeling heard, supported, and encouraged about the path ahead.
Clients often share that they value the genuine care, presence, and partnership they experience in our sessions. I bring a practical, holistic approach that is always tailored to your unique needs and readiness. My strengths lie in helping you build resilience, establish healthy boundaries, and restore confidence in yourself—so that meaningful, lasting change becomes possible. You don’t have to face your challenges alone; I am here to support and guide you every step of the way.
I work best with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or major life transitions—those who may feel stuck or overwhelmed and are yearning for relief and steadiness. If you’re seeking to build self-trust, set healthy boundaries, or simply want to feel more present and empowered in your life, I would be honored to support you at your own pace. My clients are often those ready to explore new ways of coping and are open to a collaborative, supportive process.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
With over 20 years of clinical experience, I have consistently incorporated Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) into my practice to address a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress management, addictions, and PTSD. Through my work, I have found that CBT equips clients with practical tools to identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and promote lasting behavioral change. I apply CBT in individual settings, tailoring interventions to each client’s unique needs and goals. By integrating CBT and CPT, I help clients gain insight into their cognitive processes, alleviate symptoms, and enhance overall functioning and quality of life.
EMDR
I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as a specialized, evidence-based intervention to treat PTSD, complex trauma, and distressing life experiences. My experience has shown that EMDR is highly effective in helping clients process "stuck" traumatic memories that contribute to symptoms such as anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation. In my practice, I guide clients through the structured EMDR protocol, using bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements, taps, or tones) to facilitate the brain’s natural healing process. By helping clients reprocess traumatic events, I support them in reducing the vividness and emotional charge of negative memories and strengthening positive, adaptive beliefs. This approach enables clients to achieve significant relief from trauma-related symptoms and move toward a more integrated and resilient sense of self.
Cognitive Processing (CPT)
With extensive clinical experience, I have integrated Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and EMDR into my practice to support individuals struggling with trauma-related disorders, particularly PTSD. CPT is an evidence-based approach that helps clients examine and challenge maladaptive beliefs stemming from traumatic experiences. In my work, I guide clients through the structured CPT process, assisting them in identifying stuck points, re-evaluating negative thoughts, and developing healthier perspectives. I tailor CPT interventions to each client’s unique history and needs, providing a supportive environment for processing trauma and promoting recovery. Through CPT, I have seen clients achieve significant reductions in PTSD symptoms and improve their overall functioning and quality of life.
