Do you struggle with feeling “good enough”? Are you sick of feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and stressed? Do you feel like some days you are just going through the motions or barely have your head above water? I specialize in helping people understand themselves better so that they can actively work towards healing. I am passionate about helping individuals that struggle with anxiety, traumatic events, perfectionism, overthinking, fear, life transitions, and faith based concerns.
During our first session, we will review your intake questions and gain a better understanding of your therapeutic needs. We will get to know each other better and work together to set goals for treatment.
I have specialty training in trauma, anxiety, and depression. I really enjoy helping people break through the cycles of shame, guilt, and perfectionism.
My ideal client is someone who may look like they are holding it all together on the outside, but feels overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or exhausted on the inside. They may struggle with overthinking, people pleasing, perfectionism, difficult relationships, low self worth, grief, or feeling disconnected from who they really are. They are ready for something to change, even if they are not exactly sure where to start. I work best with clients who want a safe, honest space where they do not have to pretend, perform, or have all the answers. Together, we can explore patterns, heal old wounds, build healthier boundaries, and help you feel more confident, grounded, and like yourself again. You do not have to keep carrying everything alone.
