Leslie Gaynor
Do you feel misunderstood in your relationships? Do you struggle with anxiety or depression? Are you craving a warm and open-minded environment where you can be fully yourself, free from pressure and judgment? I work with clients to improve their lives by building inner strengths, healing the wounds left by trauma, improving communication skills, and evolving into their best—and truest—selves. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, my approach to therapy is holistic and creative, incorporating mind, body, and spirit. I always value the opportunity to work within clients’ own belief systems. I’m an advocate for the LGBTQ+ community, and have experience providing treatment for adolescents and adults facing LGBTQ+ issues. I also specialize in working with parents of defiant or disruptive teens. Whether you’re looking to improve your mental health, your relationships, or other aspects of your life, I’m ready and honored to support you on your journey.
