Your initial psychiatric evaluation includes: • Review of current symptoms and functional concerns • Mental health, medical, and family history • Prior medication trials • Occupational and daily functioning impact • Treatment goals If attention, focus, or executive functioning concerns are present, structured ADHD testing may be incorporated into the evaluation process. I utilize digital cognitive assessment tools to improve diagnostic accuracy and guide individualized treatment planning. The goal of the first visit is diagnostic clarity and development of a clear, structured treatment plan.
My approach is structured, direct, and collaborative. I prioritize clear communication, realistic expectations, and evidence-based recommendations. Appointments are focused and efficient, designed for adults who are motivated to actively participate in their treatment.
