Helping people move from surviving to thriving is at the heart of everything I do. For more than 20 years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside individuals as they navigate trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, grief, relationship challenges, and life's most difficult transitions. I believe meaningful healing begins when you feel heard, respected, understood, and supported in a safe, compassionate environment where lasting change becomes possible.
I provide evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy that is tailored to your unique goals. Together, we'll identify what's keeping you stuck, strengthen practical coping skills, build resilience, and develop strategies that support long-term emotional wellness. Whether you're recovering from trauma, adjusting to a major life transition, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the demands of life, therapy offers a place to pause, heal, and move forward with confidence and hope.
My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), mindfulness, and other evidence-based interventions to meet your individual needs. Every person's journey is different, and I believe therapy should reflect your strengths, values, and goals—not a one-size-fits-all approach. Why I changed it
My ideal clients are individuals who are ready to move from surviving to thriving. They may be navigating trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, grief, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. They don't need to have everything figured out— Whether this is your first experience with therapy or you're returning after time away, you'll find a compassionate, evidence-based approach focused on helping you move forward with confidence and hope. I'll walk alongside you, as we build practical skills, fortify your resilience, and create a path forward that aligns with their values and goals. The best part is when you noticed that YOU'VE changed!

Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I have experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and life stressors. I use CBT to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while developing practical coping strategies for change. I also incorporate SFBT by focusing on strengths, goal-setting, and small, actionable steps that help clients build confidence and momentum. My approach is collaborative and flexible, allowing me to tailor evidence-based techniques to each client’s unique needs and goals.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have experience using Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) with clients who have experienced trauma, including those with symptoms of anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I use TF-CBT to help clients process traumatic experiences in a safe, structured way while building coping skills to manage emotional responses. My approach includes supporting clients in understanding how trauma impacts thoughts and behaviors, developing grounding and regulation skills, and gradually working through trauma narratives at a pace that feels safe and appropriate. I prioritize creating a supportive, collaborative environment that promotes healing, resilience, and long-term stability.
Couples Counseling
I provide couples counseling using evidence-based approaches tailored to what each couple's unique needs, goals and hopes are. My approach focuses on improving communication, strengthening emotional connection, resolving conflict, rebuilding trust, enhancing problem-solving skills, and fostering healthy relationship patterns that support long-term growth, stability, and mutual understanding.
Faith based therapy
As a Christian and behavioral health clinician, I integrate faith-based principles when aligned with the client's beliefs, values, and treatment goals. My approach incorporates spiritual strengths, prayer (when requested), biblical principles, and evidence-based clinical interventions to support healing, resilience, personal growth, and holistic emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Family Therapy
I provide family therapy using elective approaches that focus on improving communication, strengthening relationships, resolving conflict, and enhancing family functioning. My approach helps family members develop healthier interaction patterns, increase understanding and support, build coping skills, and work collaboratively to address challenges while promoting resilience and overall family well-being.
