Shandrika Pritchett
Welcome, I am Shandrika Pritchett, a double board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 9 years of experience as a clinician. I have an extensive background in providing holistic and compassionate care to patients across the lifespan throughout vast populations to include active duty military, veterans, law enforcement, and other healthcare and medical professionals.
First session
During our first session a comprehensive psychiatric exam will be completed and a personalized plan of care outlined.

My focus is on the medication management of mood disorders, anxiety, attention & focus challenges, addiction, and other mental health issues.
