I work with highly motivated clients who are ready for a life of hope and resilience, self-love and confidence, balance and empowerment. I am here to provide that space to help you slow down, feel empowered in the present, restore balance, and support you in your journey to wholeness and mental wellness. Together, we will navigate life's challenges to establish a more balanced, mindful, and resilient you who will step forward in life with hope, confidence, and self-love.
Our first session will be a productive one and divided into three parts. The first part will be me going over some logistics (policies, procedures, scheduling, the therapeutic process, and answers to any questions you may have). The second part will be me learning about you (past, present, future). The third part will begin with treatment planning and treatment goals and will conclude with coping strategies and stress-reducing techniques you can begin to implement immediately after our first session.
The ingredients for your mental wellness is organic and unique to you. Treatment methods and tools utilized in your sessions are individualized and based on your clinical needs. My recipe includes: mindfulness, resiliency, validation, compassion, love, empowerment, and laughter in a safe and judgment-free space using modalities that are strength-based, solution-focused, narrative, CBT, DBT, REBT to help guide you toward a more mindful and self-accepting sense of self.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I provide my clients with symptom relief related to stress, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, boundary issues, confidence, and self-worth to restore balance, resiliency, and hope back into daily life. I work with teenagers and adults to explore the current relationship you have with yourself and help you transform into the person you want to become. My biggest strength is helping you to access your biggest strengths. Sending hope and sunshine.

I thoroughly appreciate my visit with Jenn. I feel like she actively listens to me and always helps me organize my thoughts as well as gives me a plan on what I need to do after we have our therapy sessions. I’m very thankful to have her.

I’ve seen 8+ therapists in the last decade and she’s hands-down the best. She’s authentic, fun, and intelligent. She’ll validate you AND respectfully call you out if needed, which is exactly what I need and other therapists seem afraid to do. She’s helped me build self-love, confidence, and better coping tools. She makes the hard work of self-growth manageable, practical, and empowering. I leave sessions feeling grounded and empowered. Words cannot describe how much she has helped me!

I have been seeing Jen for a few weeks now and she is absolutely amazing. I feel comfortable to speak on things that I couldn’t with others. She has helped me tremendously and I am so glad to continue my journey with her.
