New to Grow
I am a licensed clinical social worker with three years of experience, during which I’ve developed a strong sense of who I am as a therapist and what allows me to best support my clients. I strive to keep sessions light‑hearted so clients feel genuinely accepted, and I work intentionally to create a non‑judgmental, safe space where they can learn, grow, and become the best version of themselves, all within a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust and authenticity.
My intake process is simple and conversational. We will discuss your background, reasons for seeking support, relevant medical history, and your goals. I never want clients to feel interrogated, just understood. I enjoy collaborating with individuals ready to put in the effort to create meaningful, lasting change. I often use solution focused therapy, where you identify the goals and together, we build a plan to reach them. There will be setbacks, but it is never about perfection, only progression.
I believe what sets me apart as a therapist is my authenticity and my ability to meet clients exactly where they are. I create a supportive, non‑judgmental environment where clients can show up as their fully genuine selves, fostering the trust and openness needed for meaningful growth and personal evolution.
My ideal client is someone who is ready to engage fully in sessions and build the skills needed to create meaningful change in their life. I work best with clients who are goal‑oriented, willing to face themselves honestly, and prepared to take accountability as they move toward the life they want, all while building a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in humor, honesty, and trust.
Other specialties
I identify as
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT in my practice to help clients identify the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through this awareness, I support clients in developing healthier, more adaptive patterns that align with their goals.
Attachment-based
Our attachment styles shape our relationships and emotional patterns far more than we often realize. In therapy, I work with clients to identify their attachment style, understand how it may be influencing their current life, and develop healthier coping strategies that support more secure ways of relating.
