I'm a licensed psychotherapist that has worked in both private practice and intensive in-patient settings. Having first hand experience recovering from traumatic stress, I'm highly motivated and inspired by supporting my clients in finding relief from mental and emotional suffering. I offer a holistic evidence-based approach to therapy, providing a practical and grounded space free of judgment. The clients I work with report feeling greater relief, self-compassion, motivation, and insightful changes in thinking and feeling.
My primary goal in a first session is to establish a healing space with my clients built on empathy, understanding, and trust. I’m here to listen, engage, and work with you in your journey toward greater healing and self-discovery.
The ability to recognize that the client has within them the seeds to their own recovery and that they are the expert of their own life. It's my job to ask the right questions and listen carefully to what the client is desiring for themselves and help them get there.
I specialize in working with adults recovering from traumatic stress, grief and loss, chronic anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and addiction.
