New to Grow
At various points in life, we may find ourselves needing support to navigate stressors, transitions, and the challenges that stem from the human experience. I walk with individuals as they heal from past and ongoing trauma, manage addiction, and cope with anxiety and depressive symptoms. I am deeply passionate about advocating for individuals who may be navigating seasons of uncertainty or isolation. My goal is to create a safe, open, and supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and validated—while also feeling empowered to move through life’s challenges and toward a more authentic, fulfilling life.
Building a strong therapeutic relationship is critical in order to foster lasting change in and out of the counseling space. Our first session will focus on getting to know you better, and ultimately what encouraged you to seek out therapy. We will discuss your expectations regarding the counseling process and outcomes as well.
I take an integrative, client-centered approach, tailoring treatment to each person’s unique needs, goals, and stage of change. Drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions, I support clients in building skills, increasing self-awareness, and fostering meaningful, lasting change.
I am best positioned to support those going through life transitions, processing past trauma and seeking to better manage anxiety symptoms. I am deeply passionate about advocating for individuals who may be navigating seasons of uncertainty or isolation. I have much experience working with college aged youth, and marginalized individuals. My goal is to create a safe, open, and supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and validated.
I use CBT to help increase awareness of thinking patterns, self-talk and cycles.
I use DBT tools to practice coping and to increase emotional stability.
We engage in mindful activities and behaviors more often than we think. I hope to increase clients mindful practices and awareness and being safe with their body.
