Hello to you! My name is Mohanne or just “Mo.” I would like to offer you the gift of actually being heard as, together, we unlock the power of your possibilities. I attended therapy on and off for many years before I realized that I was not actually being heard in the way I needed to be. I embarked on a journey of self-discovery that led to my much-needed and deeply transformative healing.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

We will connect in a way that feels natural to you. I have a down to earth, relational and non judgmental approach. I encourage you to share what you are hoping to receive along your therapeutic journey.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My empathy and ability to connect quickly with all types of wonderful humans! I am here to remind you that you are not "too much", "too sensitive", or "broken." You are worthy, you are worth it and you are more than enough. Let's discover more together!

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am passionate about helping others realize their inner strengths through the use of insight and open listening. I often connect with fellow humans who are reaching a crossroad of some sort in their lives... a turning point where they realize something has to change. If you: -struggle with guilt when setting boundaries, - if you want relationships in your life that are nourishing, reciprocal and supportive - if you want to heal and are not sure where to start.... Let's connect!

My treatment methods

Compassion Focused

I am a trauma-focused holistic facilitator. I offer a cognitive and trauma-focused approach from the lens of understanding intersectionality: career, childhood, education, self-identity, and complex relationship dynamics. I want to help you set boundaries and free yourself from the guilt that leads you to prioritize everyone else in your life. You are so worthy. As I continue to grow as a facilitator of healing, I consider and receive training in a variety of therapeutic, somatic, and holistic approaches and interventions while working with each person as an individual.
