I assist with setting and achieving practical goals for long-standing transformation within standards, self-esteem, anxiety, and coping with trauma related to various relationships and relational issues.

I utilize various theoretic frameworks including but not limited to solution-focused, narrative, cognitive behavioral, trauma-informed, structural, and integrative therapy. Therapy is a collaborative effort that only works as much as each person believes in the process; therefore, I customize my approach to fit your needs. With transparency, honesty and no judgment, I create a space for YOU to shine.
