Hello and welcome! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than seven years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and move toward a more meaningful and satisfying life. My passion lies in supporting people as they learn to manage stress, overcome emotional difficulties, and create lasting, positive change. I believe that everyone has the potential to grow, heal, and thrive with the right support and practical tools.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to meet your individual needs. I aim to support you in developing the insight, confidence, and tools needed to make meaningful and lasting changes. Growth takes time, and it’s okay to move at your own pace. My role is to offer guidance, structure, and encouragement while honoring your individual process.
My therapeutic approach is client centered, goal oriented, and deeply supportive. I believe that every individual is the expert of their own experience, and I’m here to walk alongside you as a guide not to lead, but to collaborate with you in discovering the best path forward. One of the primary modalities I use is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, a powerful, evidence-based treatment that helps people process and resolve traumatic memories. EMDR is especially effective in reducing symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, and depression by targeting the root causes of distress rather than just managing surface-level symptoms. Through this approach, many clients experience significant relief and emotional release, often gaining clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of inner peace.
