Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor from New York. I received my Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2020 and I've been practicing for 5 years. I enjoy working with clients who are struggling with all kinds of trauma, but most specifically with childhood trauma. I take a very client centered approach to therapy, where my clients can expect to direct their own treatment with guidance from myself.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

First sessions are a chance for us to get to know each other and begin developing a rapport. This initial session consists of a lot of information gathering on my part, and provides an opportunity for you to talk about the issues you would like to address in therapy and outline any goals you may have for our work together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am a great facilitator of self-reflection. My sessions are very person-centered, where I provide guidance and empowerment that allows my clients to find their own answers and and build resilience rather than providing solutions.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

Although I see clients struggling with various mental health concerns, I most love working with clients who are recovering from childhood trauma.
