New to Grow
As a clinical psychologist, I am dedicated to helping individuals reach their full potential by enhancing their overall functioning, well-being, and success. My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in the belief that clients are the experts on their own lives. I view the therapeutic relationship as a partnership built on mutual respect, compassion, trust, and teamwork. Guided by my faith, I strive to treat every person with dignity and understanding, without judgment. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they navigate challenges, foster personal growth, and pursue healing. I am also passionate about promoting mental health awareness through education, support, and advocacy to help reduce stigma and increase access to care.
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, relevant personal history, and what you hope to gain from our work together. This session is also a chance for you to ask questions and determine whether I am a good fit for your needs. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. I view clients as partners in the therapeutic process and believe that you are the expert on your own life. Together, we will explore your strengths, challenges, and goals while creating a plan that supports your growth, healing, and overall well-being. You can expect a safe, respectful, and supportive environment where you are encouraged to share at your own pace. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered as we begin your journey toward meaningful change.
I bring compassion, authenticity, and a genuine commitment to helping clients reach their full potential. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel respected, heard, and valued. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, recognizing that clients are the experts on their own lives and should play an active role in directing their treatment. Initially, I ask the client to educate me on the best ways to share feedback with them. Over time as the therapeutic relationship grows, I am positive that I will be better suited to provide feedback in other ways that would be supportive and will contribute to their development. I value building strong therapeutic relationships founded on trust, mutual respect, empathy, and teamwork. I bring a strengths-based perspective that helps clients identify their resilience, build effective coping skills, and develop confidence in their ability to navigate life's challenges.
I am devoted to supporting individuals reach their full potential in order to increase their overall functioning and success at any and every stage of their life journey. I am passionate about providing training, support, and education to increase awareness & decrease mental health stigma. If a client is at all open to support via therapy and willing to be an active participant (this looks different for each person), I am able to meet them where they are to support them on their journey of healing and growth.
