Hi! I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Minnesota, Wisconsin and New York and have years of experience working with older children, teens, and adults of all ages. I am also a part of PsyPact, a telehealth compact where I can see clients in over 42+ states! I am a veteran of the US Air Force and completed my undergraduate education while stationed in England. I graduated from the UMUC, Europe with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration and hold a Master’s and Doctorate degree in Clinical Child Psychology from the Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology in Milwaukee, WI. I completed my pre-doctoral internship in infant and child psychology at the Institute for Infant and Preschool Mental Health in East Orange, NJ and completed her post-doctoral fellowship in Mother-infant/child/adolescent psychology at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital, in NYC. I have worked in a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient, hospitals, group homes, in-home, and now online! I have experience providing treatment for all types of difficulties but am primarily focused on providing services for prenatal and postpartum mental health needs. I enjoy helping women to find purpose in life, adjust to challenges of motherhood, and live to their fullest potential.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Having worked with many women through infertility, miscarriages, and postpartum challenges, I am especially adept at empathizing with your situation and finding concrete actions you can take today to begin working toward a brighter tomorrow.
I provide treatment services for individuals who are struggling with infertility, or those grieving a miscarriage and I work with new mothers, helping them to cope with the changes that motherhood brings, or treating postpartum depression, anxiety, or psychosis that can arise in the postpartum period.

With ACT, I focus on helping my clients identify their values in life and live them out while also using various tools to manage the different emotions they encounter. We focus together on overcoming the obstacles or things that stand in my client's way to achieving valued living. "You are not alone, and with help, you will be well"
