You have tried to cope in healthy ways, and some ways that led to even more damage; only to return to the same place again. A place where you are feeling stuck, trapped and unmotivated. With 15 years of experience in the field, I have supported many clients coping through depression, anxiety, surviving trauma, and those battling addictions. I look forward to hearing from you.

Strengths
Over the years I have found that when working with clients that are feeling stuck, misunderstood, undervalued or powerless, we experience the most progress after unpacking and healing childhood trauma. Assisting clients in finding the voice of their inner child, and giving space for their inner child to be heard, honored and healed is a remarkable moment in the therapeutic process.
