Everyone around you thinks you have it together, but how you view yourself just doesn't match up. You can’t escape that feeling of drowning in a sea of overwhelming thoughts. You have tried to cope in healthy ways, and some ways that led to even more damage; only to return to the same place again. A place where you are feeling stuck, trapped and unmotivated. Are you hoping that each day the load gets lighter? You're hoping to learn techniques that suit your needs. Your past has not broken your spirit, you still have some fight left. I am available to support you in your efforts to regain your power and strength, or maybe even discover your power for the first time. With 15 years of experience in the field, I have supported many clients coping through depression, anxiety, surviving trauma, and those battling addictions. I look forward to hearing from you.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I'm available to support people, like yourself, ready to explore solutions that fit your lifestyle. We will untangle the emotions and events that have led you to this point through expressive arts or straight-up talk therapy. With my support, one piece at a time, we will start putting together solutions that work for you.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

My eclectic approach encompasses EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), somatic therapy techniques, and narrative therapy. These methods are used to help us develop coping strategies and routines that fit your needs and lifestyle.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Over the years I have found that when working with clients that are feeling stuck, misunderstood, undervalued or powerless, we experience the most progress after unpacking and healing childhood trauma. Assisting clients in finding the voice of their inner child, and giving space for their inner child to be heard, honored and healed is a remarkable moment in the therapeutic process. I'm honored to go on that journey with you.
