New to Grow
Welcome! I'm Chris, a Licensed Clinical Therapist. I sincerely believe that we can develop a realistic solution for any reasonable challenge, and that our therapeutic healing process will require acceptance, self-awareness, and motivation for positive change. My hope is that you will allow me the opportunity to see the world from your perspective, and to discover evidence-based solutions in effort to encourage our daily routines to flow a bit more efficiently. Together, we will find our path forward!
My hope is to provide a non-judgmental, supportive, calming therapeutic atmosphere.
My therapeutic approach emphasizes practical, realistic, evidence-based techniques, with focus on symptomatic reduction and management.
I'm quite adaptive in regard to client populations. I've been fortunate to have been provided with clinical opportunities throughout my career, allowing me to acquire clinical experience with a wide range of clients and distinctive backgrounds. My ideal client would be attentive, cooperative, and perceives our therapeutic process as a journey where unexpected circumstances might occur, rather than as a static, fixed destination. I've noticed that individuals who find stress reduction in music performance tend to a good fit as well.
