About me

I am a licensed mental health professional specializing in supporting individuals and families through life transitions, relationship challenges, and personal growth. I draw on approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Narrative Therapy to help clients clarify their values, build resilience, and create meaningful change. My goal is to provide a warm, collaborative space where you can explore your story, develop new perspectives, and move toward the life you want to live.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, I will gather some basic demographic information and learn about your family members, relationships, and the values that guide your life. This initial meeting helps us build a foundation of understanding and create a plan that feels meaningful and tailored to your needs.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths include listening deeply to each person’s story, thoughtfully analyzing and highlighting meaningful patterns or perspectives, and honoring that these experiences are facts as perceived by the individual. I help clients find clarity and direction by weaving these insights into a pathway forward, leaning on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy tools to support lasting change and growth.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to serve individuals who are motivated to make meaningful changes, ready to put in the work, and open to honest, thoughtful conversations. I enjoy working with people who feel ready to move beyond feeling stuck—those who want to explore new perspectives, clarify their values, and take active steps toward creating the life they envision.

My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with Narrative Therapy by helping clients both observe and re-author their stories while practicing psychological flexibility. ACT’s focus on values, mindfulness, and acceptance complements Narrative Therapy’s externalization of problems and exploration of preferred identities. I guide clients to notice unhelpful thoughts as “just thoughts” while also inviting them to rewrite the dominant problem-saturated narrative, linking the new story to their values and committed actions that support meaningful change.
