As a therapist, my passion is to help individuals reconnect with their innate ability to heal and grow. I believe that healing occurs when we embrace all parts of ourselves with compassion, curiosity, and understanding. Whether you are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, or relational difficulties, you can unlock the internal resources you already possess to heal, find inner harmony, and reclaim your sense of wholeness and self-empowerment. In our work together, I will create a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to explore and understand the parts of yourself that may have felt fragmented or lost. I deeply believe in your ability to heal, grow, and create meaningful change in your life. Together, we will work toward developing a greater sense of inner peace, resilience, and self-acceptance. If you're ready to embark on a journey toward healing, I'm here to support you with empathy, insight, and practical tools that can help you move forward with hope and confidence.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then I will gather information about your history and what brings you into therapy. This will help us create a plan to work together toward your goals in therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I strive to create a nonjudgmental and welcoming space for you to find your way back to yourself. I believe healing comes from the wisdom of body, mind, and spirit and am dedicated to supporting your healing.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I believe at our core we have what we need to heal. Your thoughts, emotions, and body can guide you to find more ease in your life.

My treatment methods

EMDR

EMDR is an 8-phase approach to support clients in alleviating symptoms and distress from disturbing life experiences. I have been trained in Somatic Attachment-Focused EMDR and will being the process with an assessment of your current concerns and work with you to establish internal safety in order to process difficulty emotions, sensations, and images related to trauma memories.

Attachment-based

Part of personal growth and positive change often involves our early experiences with attachment to our primary caregivers. Exploring how your attachment style effects your current relationships is helpful in learning to nurture yourself and to learn how to securely ask for support from loved ones.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I am a Level 1 IFS trained therapist. IFS is a way to get to know yourself gently and compassionately to promote healing from anxiety, depression, and trauma-related symptoms.

Psychoeducation

I have been trained in the Trauma Resiliency Model. From this training, I believe that education regarding the automatic nervous system responses to stress can help individuals learn what triggers stress responses and how to respond to themselves with experiential and simple tools to support more ease in their lives.

Strength-Based

I believe we all have what we need to heal and grow.
