Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, I will want to understand what brought you to therapy, your hopes for therapy and how I can help. I will be curious about the specific challenges you're facing and begin to understand how I can address your specific needs. This will help me create a plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My years and diverse experience in different setting with various clients has helped me feel confident in my skill set. I have had the opportunity to be a part of individual’s growth and lives; which I feel both grateful and honored to be a part.
