We're all nervous about this...and meeting new people is hard...for me as well. First sessions are weird!! Just like any relationship it will take us a session or two to hit our stride. That's OK! Our first session will be just me going over expectations both ways as well as getting background information to make sure we are a good fit.

Therapy is about helping people do their work...without judgement. Therapy is your time to let it out, be your authentic self and achieve your goals. Humor and laughter are sometimes the best medicine, and I use both often!"
Understanding how our thoughts, feelings and behaviors are connected helps us to be able to address any one of them and effect change.
