(she/her)
I work with therapists, educators, leaders, and helpers—the ones everyone else leans on. On the outside, you’re showing up, holding it together, doing the work. On the inside, you may be carrying burnout, grief, or unresolved trauma that hasn’t had a place to land. If you’re used to being the strong one but know something needs to shift, you’re in the right place. My work is focused on trauma recovery, grief, and emotional healing using evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I don’t do surface-level work. We get to the root—while also building practical, real-life strategies that help you feel more regulated, clear, and in control of your life again. This is a space where you don’t have to perform, fix, or carry anyone else—just show up as you are. I’m licensed in Arizona, Minnesota, and Ohio, and I work with clients who are ready for honest, meaningful change. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself, we’ll work through it—together. Not everyone is the right fit for this work, and that matters. Booking requires confirmation to ensure alignment, because this space is intentional. When you’re ready, we begin.
Your first session is where we get real about who you are, what you’ve been carrying, and what you actually want to change. We’ll spend time getting to know each other, identifying your goals, and talking through what therapy could look like—including pace and possible duration. You’ll get a clear sense of how I show up: straightforward, validating, thorough, honest, and grounded. I’m not here to sugarcoat, but I am here to create a space that feels safe, real, and supportive. This session is also about building that initial trust—because the work only works if the connection is solid.
My greatest strength is my ability to balance honesty with compassion—I’ll meet you where you are, but I won’t let you stay stuck. I’m direct, intuitive, and deeply attuned to what’s being said and what’s not, which allows me to get to the root quickly while still creating a space that feels safe and grounded. What stands out about my approach is that it’s both clinically sound and real. I use evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy, but I don’t hide behind jargon or scripts. I tailor the work to you—practical, honest, and focused on results. Clients often tell me they feel seen, challenged in the right ways, and finally able to make meaningful, lasting change—not just talk about it.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help my clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are all connected. I work alongside them to identify unhelpful thinking patterns, challenge them with practical strategies, and build healthier coping skills. In our structured, goal-focused sessions, I support them in applying these tools in real life so the change actually sticks.
