First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. **15 minute consultations are available as well for a 'meet & greet', please outreach if interested.**

A few of my biggest strengths include my ability to meet clients where they are on their path to gaining clarity, my ability to provide an empathetic approach filled with respect and compassion, and offering support so that my clients feel understood (seen/heard/validated).

I love working with individuals with a wide range of life experiences that are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed, and anxious about their life circumstances and seeking out new paths for themselves.
