New to Grow
Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you're a child struggling with anxiety, a teenager navigating friendships and school pressures, an adult facing life's transitions, or an educator or therapist carrying the weight of helping others, you don't have to face those challenges alone. I work with children, teens, young adults, college students, parents, and helping professionals, including educators who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, academic pressures, relationship/parenting challenges, grief, or burnout.
It's completely normal to feel nervous about opening up to a new person, and we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead!
I view therapy as a partnership. Together, we'll identify goals that are meaningful to you and develop a plan that supports your growth and well-being. As your needs evolve, we'll adjust our work together to ensure therapy continues to support your goals. I strive to create a relaxed, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe sharing their thoughts and experiences. Together, we'll work to understand not only the symptoms you're experiencing but also the underlying factors contributing to them.
