A first session with me is a warm, welcoming, and collaborative experience designed to help you feel comfortable and heard. We’ll start by discussing what brought you to therapy, your current challenges, and what you hope to achieve. I’ll ask questions to better understand your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, while also allowing space for you to share at your own pace. Together, we’ll explore your strengths, concerns, and any initial coping strategies that might help.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My strengths as a therapist lie in my ability to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly heard and supported. I bring deep empathy and understanding to each session, allowing me to connect with clients on a meaningful level. Using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I provide practical tools to help clients make real, lasting changes. I am passionate about helping individuals build self-awareness, resilience, and confidence while guiding them toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. I tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs, ensuring they feel empowered and supported throughout their journey.

I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves, often struggling with anxiety, depression, social anxiety, anger management, or low self-esteem. Many of my clients are caregivers, high achievers, or empathetic individuals who prioritize others but find it difficult to care for themselves. They may feel mentally exhausted, weighed down by self-doubt, or trapped in negative thought patterns. My clients are ready to break free from these struggles and seek a safe, supportive space where they can heal, grow, and develop the tools needed to create a more balanced and fulfilling life.

I felt like Tiffanys specialties were all of the things that I needed help with. She helped me to feel relaxed and open to share my experiences even if they were hard to crack open. She was patient with me and helped me work out the things I couldn’t always put words to. I'm looking forward to working with her more!

I lucked up getting Tiffany as my provider. She is my first and I’ll definitely be sticking with her. She truly is down to earth and listens. She immediately made me feel comfortable and I never feel any judgment. I feel like I have definitely improved in the couple weeks I’ve been being guided by her. Would recommend to anyone!

Mrs.Tiffany was very comfortable and non-judgmental. She also listened to me and it was like she was reading my mind when she replied back.
