New to Grow
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of GA. I currently reside in south Georgia where I obtained my masters degree but originally from Indianapolis, IN. I have a passion working with teens, young adults, and families to build self-confidence, navigate life’s challenges, create healthy relationships, and adjust to family changes, providing a safe, supportive environment where everyone can grow and thrive.
The first session will include reviewing limitations of confidentiality, gathering historical/relevant information for treatment, development of treatment goals, and ensuring that we will be the perfect fit for each other.
I believe in a holistic approach to therapy. Sessions serve as a guide to navigating my client's strengths and tools they already obtain and assist my clients in how to utilize those strengths to address their concerns or meet their treatment goals. I primarily use CBT and solution focused therapy methods.
I aim to serve a population that is searching for a safe space and motivated for change. I have a passion for working with teenagers (13-17 yrs old - guardians must be willing to participate within sessions), young adults (18-30 yrs old), and women (all ages). My experience has given me the tools to assist clients in addressing their symptoms/struggles of depression, anxiety, ADHD, codependency, child abuse, intimate partner violence, body image/low self esteem, adjustments/life transitions, bereavement/grief, sexual identity issues.

I have utilized CBT as my primary treatment modality since the beginning of my clinical experience to highlight the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. While doing this it can rewire preexisting connections or thought patterns that have been unhelpful for clients.
I believe the client is the expert and already obtain the tools needed to make change, therapy is a guide to assist in sharpening those tools to apply to the existing problem or concern.
Therapy can be a very vulnerable space for clients and I strive to always provide a safe, open space for my client to navigate their emotions and thoughts.
