I help women who want to live Christ-centered lives but struggle to find balance and understand their purposes.
I help women who want to live Christ-centered lives but struggle to find balance and understand their purposes. I believe that now is the time for all of us to step out on faith and experience the freedom that comes with being women of God. I’d be honored to join you alongside of your journey! I'm here to help you grown and learn ways to live in freedom and abundance just like God called you to.
First session
In the first session, we will introduce ourselves and identify specific challenges. Then we will create short term and long-term goals together that will attempt to resolve each challenge during our time together. In each session, you are expected to be your authentic self! You can share as little or as much as you are comfortable with. In all our sessions you will get empathy, support, encouragement, and accountability.
Strengths
Having worked with women in the last seven years, I have been able to identify their needs and learn ways to help women to cope with their struggles. I have been able to help women to prioritize their individual needs in addition to maintaining their responsibilities. I have helped women create clearer boundaries with themselves and others. I have also helped women to prioritize self-care.
Ideal clients
I love working with women who know that they are called to do more with their lives. This group of women often struggle with feeling fulfilled or struggle with feeling overwhelmed. I have also seen this group of women struggle with self-esteem, self-care, emotion regulation, and boundary setting.
Treatment methods
Christian Counseling
I have been using Christian Counseling in my practice for the last two years. This form of counseling allows for people to align their goals with God's and to cope with life's struggles by using Christian principles. This form of counseling also helps people to form an intimate relationship with Christ.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past four years. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.
Psychoeducation
I have successfully used this form of therapy since I have been practicing. This form of therapy teaches people about their mental health diagnoses and symptoms. This form of therapy also helps people to understand their emotions and helps people to recognize their behavioral patterns. This form of therapy helps people to set healthy expectations and boundaries.
Strength-Based
This form of therapy has been one of the most challenging and fulfilling methods that I have used in my practice. This form of therapy helps people to identify their strengths and teaches them how to use them. This form of therapy has been proven to help increase positive self-esteem and positive mood.
