I'm Ariel, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, offering telehealth therapy services to clients across Texas. As a neurodivergent Latina therapist, I understand how life’s challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming. With over four years of experience, I specialize in trauma-informed care that is compassionate, client-centered, and tailored to your unique needs.Whether you're looking for support with trauma, emotional regulation, or just need someone to talk to, I’m here to help. If you’re ready to start this journey, I’d love to hear from you. Let’s take the first step toward healing and growth together.
In our initial session, I’ll guide you in identifying meaningful goals—not based on where you want to be physically or in terms of status, but on how you want to feel and the mindset you want to cultivate. This shift helps us focus on what's truly important to you. By naming and facing the challenges you’re dealing with, we can begin to challenge them together and equip you with the tools to manage them. As we work through these thoughts and emotions, you’ll start to notice that your external world begins to align with the sense of peace and control you're creating inside.
In my telehealth practice, I’m committed to creating a therapeutic space where you can express your true emotions without filters—whether that means dropping F-bombs, letting out a good cry, or sharing a genuine laugh. You don’t have to hold anything back here. I’m here to support you with compassion and challenge you in just the right ways, as we work together on your unique healing journey. My goal is to help you elevate to a life of empowerment and authenticity—a life you no longer feel the need to escape from.
I use DBT to help clients build emotional regulation, improve relationships, and develop healthy coping strategies. By combining DBT's mindfulness, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness skills with my yoga background, to support clients in staying grounded, managing intense emotions, and navigating difficult situations with more resilience and self-compassion.
I use EMDR as a powerful tool to help clients reprocess trauma and negative beliefs while combining it with mindfulness, breathwork, and body awareness to create a holistic and supportive healing experience.
I use Attachment-Based Therapy to help clients understand how their early relational experiences have shaped their emotional and relational patterns today. This helps my clients heal from attachment wounds and create healthier, more secure connections with themselves and others.
I use ACT to help clients accept difficult emotions and unhelpful thoughts, rather than struggling against them. I guide clients in clarifying their values and help them take values-based action to create meaningful change in their lives and self-compassion, so they can begin to live in alignment with what truly matters.
I use trauma-informed care to create a safe, compassionate space where clients feel supported, seen, and empowered in their healing journey. I ensure that clients have control over the process, providing them with the tools to understand and manage their trauma while validating their experiences and promoting resilience. I am also trained and actively use trauma specfic interventions like EMDR,DBT,TF-CBT and CPT to help clients curate life rooted in empowerment, authenticity, and well-being.
