In my private practice, I want to provide a safe place for adolescents, young adults, and women to be heard, valued, and supported. Being a therapist allows me to center my engagements and conversations around empathy and compassion, while keeping my clients accountable, empowered, and inspired to live a well-balanced, authentic life.
My approach is strength-based and solution-focused, which allows clients to learn the skills and strategies they need to apply outside of the therapy session.
