I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Texas. I began practicing therapy in 2015 after completing my training at Counseling Center Internationals. My clinical approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Theory. I offer sessions in both English and Spanish. I work exclusively with adult individuals and do not provide couples counseling or services for children or adolescents.
In our first session together, we’ll talk about what brought you in and take a look at what’s been going on in your life recently.
I combine direct communication with genuine empathy, which allows me to be both clear and compassionate.
I specialize in helping people with depression, anxiety, men’s issues, work–life balance, and relationship struggles.
