I am a licensed social worker with 10 years of experience supporting older teens and adults as they navigate depression, anxiety, and low self‑esteem. Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have taken a course in CBT, and commonly use it during my therapy sessions, to help them gain perspective between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This has helped clients be able to gain self-awareness on their automatic thinking.
