I bring experience in substance use treatment and tobacco cessation, helping individuals better understand patterns, build motivation, and create sustainable behavior change without judgment. As part of a military family, I also understand some of the unique challenges military life can bring members, spouses and their families. I welcome you to navigate transitions, uncertainty, distance, loneliness and work-life balance with me. I connect well with adolescent girls as they navigate identity, relationships, school pressures, self-esteem, and growing independence. I'm passionate about supporting women through different seasons of life, including young motherhood, postpartum and the unique pressures they often carry.
