In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Emily is passionate about finding treatment that fits each client best. She has focuses on building tools, connecting with the body, and taking things at the unique speed each client needs. Emily utilizes all sorts of modalities, including EMDR, sand-tray, mindfulness, and narrative therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Emily focuses on meeting each client where they are. Therapy can be such a difficult journey and Emily is here to make that as smooth as possible. She focuses on pushing each client without pushing them to the point of overwhelm as it is important to keep clients safe in session.

Emily works best with those dealing with trauma; whether it is PTSD or C-PTSD she will tailor the treatment to you. She is specialized in grief, kink, and LGBTQ+ issues. She loves working with clients who are wanting to process trauma, whether it is through EMDR or sand-tray; she is excited to support clients until they feel ready to dive into their trauma history.

Emily loves utilizing EMDR with clients; while the beginning stages may feel slow, once you get into processing things pick up!

Emily utilizes whatever modality suites the client best- whether it is using something like CBT or getting much more creative and using something like sand-tray to work through things!
