(she/her)
I have been providing therapy to children, teens, adults, couples, and support groups for seven years. My approach is based on client-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral therapies that focus on self-acceptance and self-discovery by helping you build insight and access your strengths where you can feel empowered and understood. As your therapist, I intend to provide an open, safe, and collaborative space for healing. I am here to provide you with the support you need and create a space where you feel seen, heard, and valued. Seeking help is an act of courage and self-care.
In our first session, I would present myself, and begin building rapport. I will ask questions about the specific issue you are coming for therapy. I use active listening that would help me with the treatment plan and I would provide information about how future sessions would go.
I am a good listener, genuine, compassionate and I provide a safe space for you.
I love working with clients who want to take charge of their lives. My clients are ready to work hard and can make the necessary changes for a life worth living. I do believe that a life worth living is when you find joy in the small things. I love working with adults, older adults, young people, and children. My passion and inspiration are the resiliency I see in the clients and their ability to find courage despite extreme adversity.

She was very nice and understanding. This was my first appointment with her, and she already helped me understand more about my issues. She didn't make me feel judged or that I was wrong. I really enjoined our session.
